For customers

Customers hear before they ask.

When the truck leaves, the customer gets the vehicle, driver and invoice details on WhatsApp, with a link to track the trip. Long stoppages send an alert, and delay alerts can be set up for each customer.

Questions, answered.

What does Zimpra vehicle tracking do?

It finds long stoppages, deviations and late arrivals on every trip, and tells the customer, transporter or planner what they need to know.

Can my customers get alerts?

Yes. Customers get a WhatsApp message when the truck leaves, with a link to track it, and an alert when there is a long stoppage. Delay alerts can be set up for each customer.

Which tracking sources work?

GPS devices, SIM-based tracking on the driver’s phone with consent, and FASTag reads, from the providers you already use.

Do drivers need to install an app?

Not for SIM-based tracking. The driver gives consent on their phone, and location comes from the network.

How is this different from a GPS dashboard?

A dashboard shows where the truck is. Zimpra compares it with the plan and acts on what is wrong.
